Detailed Description

Reads through a repoindex.xml file and collects repositories.

After each repository is read, a RepoInfo is prepared and _callback is called with this object passed in.

The _callback is provided on construction.

                  bind( &SomeClass::callbackfunc, &SomeClassInstance, _1) );
